Is porn allowed using WP sitebuilder, but hosted elsewhere?

Hi there, I read wordpress has a policy banning close up photos of videos of intercourse and suspends pornographic sites. Is this limited when wordpress hosts the site or is it possible to e.g get hosting on namecheap.com and use the wordpress site builder with plugins to show porn. So hosting is done outside WP. There are some great pay per view tool in WP that would be good to use.
