Is possible Meta noindex

I have qtraslate and yoast with your plugin for fix.
I changed the field of meta robots (index or noindex) in a text field for to differentiate the various languages width:[:it]2[:en]2[:fr]2
Is possible to do the same thing that the plugin already does with meta tags, but with the meta robots?
