Is Section Widget being maintained?

I have the same question. It says that it is supported up to 2.8.4.

Is anybody still working on this?
Does anyone know whether it is compatible with WP3?

I created this plugin while working at CTLT@UBC. I left the office a year ago and since I am not an active WP user myself, I have little interest in maintaining the plugin. (Actually, it’s not like I could even if I wanted to – I no longer have access to the SVN credentials required to push updates.) You should check with the guys at CTLC and see if they are still using/maintaining the plugin. If not, then hopefully someone else would fork the plugin and update it.

This is a great shame as I really like this plugin and find it very useful.

I have just noticed a bug with query strings in the URL causing an infinite loop and displaying the entire page within the ui tab. eg domain.com?stuff

Would be great if someone could pick up the reigns ??

Hi I work at CTLT. If there is anyone that wants to submit a patch for the for the bugs that they found we would be more then happy to update the plugin with the bug fixes.

I haven’t experienced any outright bugs. However, the one glaring issue we have with the section-widget is that it’s not registering itself properly. The data in the widget body has no filter applied so the WPML translator plugin has no idea that there is a ton of content to be translated.

This plug in is exactly what I was looking for … any update to the current version of WP would be so appreciated. ??
