I have sent two requests in the official website support from 10 days ago. But still no response from them for any of the ticket.

Here is my another query:
I have installed Security Ninja from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/security-ninja/ in DEV environment. In DEV, i have activated and its working. After that i deploy the changes into Staging env. In Staging, it throws error in log & as well in dashboard when i try to Activate the plugin. The error is ‘Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5244624 bytes) in /code/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3304’

But when i delete security ninja, there is no error in staging.
NOTE: I tried Manual install method also. But same error when activate.
We are using WP 6.0.2 version. Is security ninja compatible with it? Why it is showing the memory error. We want to install it immediately because for security reason.
So kindly help us with the solutions.
