Is SendWP Dead??

Same here. Emails stopped coming in starting yesterday. If there’s no response by mid-day, I’m going to have to find an alternative.

There needs to be a support link when logged in on the SendWP site. I didn’t know that existed since the only page the support link shows up on is when we’re logged out.

SendWP appears dead. I’ve taken out a $1 trial (though use SendWP on other sites). Within the WP dashboard selecting “Connect to SendWP” doesn’t work and results in a page refresh (or a 500 server error).

The SendWP account shows the site has connected but the plugin isn’t solving the email issues. So I’m not sure if it’s actually connected or not.

Contacted support using the support form that only displays on the SendWP website when logged out, but have had no reply in more than 24 hours.

Update

I downloaded from the WordPress plugin repository version 1.0.1 which was able to connect! (1.0.2 still failed to connect) After connecting, I updated the plugin to the current release and it remained connected.

Yet to see if the it’s fully doing its job but at least the connection is there!

@speccydan the plug-in is definitely active and maintained. We’ve replied to your support ticket but haven’t heard anything back. Please continue to use our support system rather than these unmonitored forums.
