Is still supported?

I don’t know if the guy who developed the plugin is very active, but you can still call directly the Mangopay people. They try to help (although they are not able to answer complicated technical questions). That’s what I do at the moment for a client project.

My experience with this plugin so far is not very pleasant (lots of issues simple to solve but not documented so bigs losses of time). The project is 2 months late…

As per title, is still supported?

Do you actually have a problem with this plugin?

My developer spent days trying to make the plugin work and having error messages with no idea of what was wrong…

We got in touch with Mangopay team and learned that the problem was that the plugin would not work as long as the admin account created BEFORE the plugin installation existed…

Well. How can you install a plugin in WordPress if there is no admin account before you install it ?

This very strange behaviour is documented nowhere. Very annoying. Costed hours of useless developer time.

Nope not yet at least:) it was a question in order to prevent problems. I know mangopay ’cause I’ve been in contact with one of their Sales Manager, Oliver Rivera this summer for the same project I’m doing now but due extraordinary events I have to use WooCommerce.

PayPal has been deprecated everywhere and is years that they are asking pre revenues to new businesses in order to use mass pay or adaptive payments and so the only gateway that remain around WooCommerce multi vendor plugins is Stripe.

Right now I’m using WCMP with Stripe Connect, but the team behind WCMP is unable to tell me what kind of charge flow they used, and it’s so since 18 days.

No I was looking to different solutions, I liked Mangopay more then Stripe, but I do not wanna face the same problematics I’m experiencing with WCMP team, and since there were people waiting for an answer and no recent updates, I thought that was not supported anymore.

hi ! The plugin works perfectly and for the moment it free !!! ,and he’s updated about every two months, and the mangopay solution is very easy to use. I have been in production since August and I did not see any problems during these 4 months with more than 500 transactions ??

thank you, the only odd is that they ask an incredible amount of KYC compared to Stripe and also compared to other platforms, my resume and my police records too ??
