Is SUHOSIN installed?

    Also this extension was never been part of official PHP and had no regular releases.

    AFAIK its discontinued, but here was a fork.

    From the support point of view – its been source of various strange issues that were hard to imagine without things like Suhosin or mod_security “dis”functionality.

    Please consider using something else for security )

    Actually, i am not using it. But I’m curious why WordPress Site Health features showing in the info section.

    it was useful to check for Suhosin and mod_security when some strange issues happen. mod_security can still be used, but there is no direct approach to check if its enabled or not
