Is Support for ABASE active?

I clicked on the link to the Plugin Page, is says “This Account has been suspended.” If there us someone monitoring this support thread can you tell answer these questions.

Using abase form="1,search - columns="country$Search Country" elements="country" can I have a drop down of country names? i.e. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France
