Is that possible in Woo e-commerce 2.x?

    I would like to use the latest version of Woo e-commerce, but I want to know if it is possible?, the product trying to sell is LIVE STOCK – Horses, so no one will actually buy it without comes out to take a look first. The reason I want to use woo e-commerce, because I want to setup, so people can put the deposit to held the horse they like, the deposit amount is fixed price, so let say the product (Horse) price is $2000, then I want to shopping cart only charge $200 of it. once the transaction completed, then mark it as “HOLD”

    Also, would like to change the product attribute to something like “Breed”, “Height”, “Age”, “Certified”, “temper” etc. Is that possible?

    Since every horse is UNIQUE animal, so there are no product REVIEW for that product, so I would like take the REVIEW out or integrate the WP Comment function back to product page.

    Is that all possible? If Yes, how to do that?
