    First i imported successfully backup form all in one migration , now i want to import only database ( daleted some entries of other plugins form phpmyadmin now i not want to import all backup )

    In your WordPress dashboard, go to All-in-One WP Migration and select ‘Export’. During the export process, select ‘Advanced options’ and check all options except for ‘Do not export database’. This will export only the database and exclude other components. Remember to back up your current site before importing to avoid any data loss.
