Is that Pro SUpport?

    When in my analyticatorpro.com account, I click on PRO PREMIUM support, I get https://videousermanuals.desk.com/. It seems not a pro support for analyticatorpro. And in the menu analyticatorpro, if I click Support, I get here.

    So, where is the premium support?

    Here, we are in a public forum. While I suppose we can get a good support there are sometimes cases where we do not want a public support but a private – premium – one.
