Is the free Customizr theme still supported?

  • It has been over a year now that there was the exact same concern posted.

    There was NO answer as well as NO support to any of the following posts (like here or here or here and so on). Just a prompt to PRO users to direct their questions to the theme site. So the question remains

    Is the free Customizr theme still supported at all?

    Team team has been actively working on updates and improvements, which unfortunately led to delays in our response times. Please rest assured that the free Customizr theme is still supported. We highly value our user community and are committed to providing the necessary support.

    We really appreciate all your efforts?on updates and improvements. Support though is a different department.

    Open-source software has free users (not to be confused with freeloaders). Successful business models built on open-source software create potential customers by tending free users, assuring them of the support they will be receiving as future customers.
    Answering questions like this or this or this may seem outdated. Still. Resolving these or older ones even now, builds up a bank of knowledge and confidence.
