Is the “Denylist” the “block list”?

Hello,

I am kind of new with Limit login attempts reloaded and I wanted to ask you: the “block list” is the “denylist”? Someone tried to log in my website many times and the plugin blocked them. For that reason, I received an email from the plugin. They write that I should consider adding that bad IP address to the “block list”.. But there is no “block list”. There is the “Safelist” and the “Denylist”, and under all those lists there is the “Blocks Log”. So what do I have to do? I have to add that bad IP to the deny list?
