Is the free version of Customizr live for real?

  • My blog website is https://www.sunnyagain.com.

    I had it since last October or so. Today when I updated a past post, it gave me an error that I didn’t understand. I should have copied the error message but sadly not.

    The error message said something like I am on a staging website only. Whoever put the error message on my editing post page also said that s/he used to have my website(?) and ask me to contact WordPress.com and something about go to the Clouds and production website.

    However, I am with www.ads-software.com, not dot com.

    Not sure if these have anything to do with the problem:

    I had the recommended Lazy Load for Video but removed it recently. It didn’t change anything for me. Also, my blog website’s speed is on the slow side although I added GZip Ninja Speed Compression.

    Questions:

    Could you see my blog website and open the individual posts? If so, are you able to tell if I’m on a staging website (probably mean it’s fake)?

    Could you please tell me what to do? I need step by step, please, as I don’t have any technical knowledge.
