Is the plugin fully GDPR compliant?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our scripts are hosted on the Cloudflare servers, which utilise a global network of edge locations to store content, allowing the scripts to be loaded quickly and efficiently from a location close to the user.

We take the privacy and security of your data very seriously and have implemented measures to ensure that your data is protected. The data transfer related to Cloudflare is covered under “Standard Contractual Clauses” of Data Processing Agreement.

Please note that compliance checkers such as Cookiebot only indicate in their scan reports whether data is being sent to an entity in adequate or non-adequate countries based on their algorithms. They cannot verify the actual contract between the entities.
