    I’m curious if this plugin is still being supported?
    I’ve tried contacting support via the website contact form and via the live chat as well.
    Not getting responses from either. Is there a better channel for support for people who’ve paid for the plugin?

    Changing status to unresolved as I’ve replied to the email with the details and haven’t gotten a response back for over two weeks.

    This has been resolved. It seems as though they were in the process of changing license systems which is why it may have taken some time.
