Is the site i want even possible

Hi guys,i’m new to this and have been playing around with wordpress for the last few days but here’s my questions.I want to make a site that’s basically thumbnailed categories with a link bar,i want to set it up so that viewers can click the thumbnails in the categories to view the image but i also want it setup so that they can then click that image (not the thumbnail) and see a full sized version of the image but i only want this option available to paid vip members.Now call me thick but i’ve not even found a basic page setup yet where it just has thumbnailed categories,let alone implementing the full size vip! Is it possible with wordpress? It’s all pretty basic in my head lol
