Is the WP Form Manager works with MultiSite?

    I installed the plugin and it works fine on WP MultiSite. Is the author of the plugin could confirm support for WordPress MultiSite?

    I use it on four different installations of WPMU. Works great. Been using for a long time. I installed the plugin, but did not network activate. I activate site by site so that only sub-sites that need the form feature have it. Simplifies how I have to train site admins.
