Is there a chance to use text from dropdown in email subject?

By following this method:

[select your-recipient “[email protected]”
“[email protected]”
“[email protected]”]

I have website where emails from contact form are send based on selected service. In dropdown I have names of services and I need to use this name as email subject, but if I add recipient email after service name (as you showed in example), can’t get name of service anymore.
