Is there a database plugin that's searchable from the frontend?

  • I hope this is the right forum for this kind of thing. I looked in the plugins one but that seems to be more for help with specific plugins. If not, let me know where’s best to post this. ??

    I’m looking for a plugin with pretty specific capabilities. I’m not entirely sure if one exists, as numerous google searches and specific plugin searches on the wp site returned nothing that was near/exactly what I needed.

    I need a database plugin that can be populated via the dashboard (by the client), but that is also searchable on the frontend via <selects>. I can write the form to handle this searching, but I can’t seem to find one that’s searchable in this way.

    Any ideas? Does this even exist?
