Is there a (good) "flag this post" plugin for multisite?

I’ve been searching for a “flag this post” plugin for multisite, but since the word “flag” comes up so often in general plugin descriptions, the search results were overwhelming, and nothing that obviously did this came up.

Wondered if anyone already knew of one off-hand? …just something that provides a small icon in the multisite posts’ metadata that alerts the superadmin if the content is of concern??

OR, if this function (alert the superadmin what people are posting) is generally handled in some other way, please let me know.
