    Hi!

I am a newbie using WP 5.1 w/ the Twenty Nineteen theme.

After trying out other alternatives, to simplify the looks of my Blog, I set up a Primary Menu with 3 Menu Items: a static page titled “Welcome!” and 2 Custom Links.

I did NOT create a Page for the Posts. However, when a viewer enters the Blog’s URL (www.blog.acrylicmath.com) in the browser, the Posts are automatically displayed. Is there a “hidden” Page?

Furthermore, if the viewer visits the “Welcome!” Page, how does the viewer get back to the Posts’ Page without using the browser’s back button? Within the Blog, what does the viewer click on?

    Thank you!

    Dr. T

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Go to SETTINGS->READING. You can choose there whether you want the front page to be a list of your blog posts or a “fixed’ page, chosen from any of the pages you’ve already created.

    Dear Steven,

Thank you for your reply but, after looking at Settings > Readings, I am still confused.

I have created only one Page: a static Page titled “Welcome!”

If I select the Front Page -the Page that viewers see first- to be the static “Welcome!” Page, how do viewers then display the Blog Posts?

Create a new, blank page called “Blog”. Under settings->reading, make that your “posts” page and add it to the menu.
