Is there a hook for the edit link form?

Hi,

I’m trying to find a way to modify the edit link form to allow the owner of each link to be editable, however I’m unable to find a hook for this form like the “edit_page_form” hook. Am I missing something, or is it not possible to hook into this form? Is there perhaps a generic way to modify forms from another hook?
