• We just installed our new web site and have one iframe page that links to a custom web-based calendar. This worked fine, until we really started populating the calendar. (see https://www.curtislibrary.com/programs-events/library-calendar/) It appears that once the list of events gets long enough wordpress simply stops displaying it. Since it’s not a post, the setting on how many posts per page shouldn’t apply so far as I can tell. There is a size specified with the iframe command, but it changes the size of the imbedded window, not the WP page. If I change that number it changes where the scroll bar ends up on the page, but not where the actual event display gets cut off. So for October the cut off is something like oct 22, and for november (not quite so busy) it’s november 28/29.

Any thoughts on how to get past this glitch?

  • I use an iframe in the same way that you do, to embed WordPress custom-created output into a non-WordPress web page. So, I took a quick look and confirmed my first guess: your problem has NOTHING to do with iframe. If I directly enter the URL where the iframe is pointed — https://169.244.19.50/RoomSked.nsf/webcal — it stops at exactly the same place.

You’ll need to provide more technical detail on your “custom web-based calendar” before anyone here can help you.
