• I was using wp-report post and I’ve tried wp-report-error. Since the latest upgrade by WordPress, both of these plugins have began to fail. Neither have been updated by the developers for a long time and I’m thinking they probably won’t be updated anytime soon.

Does anyone know of a plug-in that will do what these two do? Basically, insert a graphical link that a user can click to report a problem with a particular post. I would like it to then generate an email to me (or notify me on the dashboard) with the link that the user is reporting and what problem they encountered (a message field where they can tell me what happened is sufficient.)

You can see an example here:

The graphical link is still there and the form will still generate when you click the link, but when a user clicks to submit the error, it SHOULD send me an email and post a notice in the dashboard. Neither of these features is working. I need another plugin. Any help in finding another is greatly appreciated.
