Is there a plugin for a category menu as a widget?

I have a client who has over 50 categories with 2 levels of subcategories.

Is there a plugin to display those categories and subcategories recursively as a widget to appear like a multilevel menu?

I do not want a pull down menu like on an HTML form, but a drop down menu like on a superfish menu.
