Is there a plugin for creating a time register form?

    My class is going to have an time register form, where each one can log in, choose what day it is, how many hours they have worked, write what they did, and then send it in with an simple “ok”-button. Is there anything like that I can do in WordPress? ??

    And also, each user have to have their own profile, where their name stands^^ Or something like that.
