Yes, It is possible. There is a free plugin. However, you need to do lots of tweaks to get similar to this.

The site you are talking about is done in jsp. Mostly it should be Java (not javascript) environment.

So it is fully customized concept website.

Getting similar or exact theme may not be available,

That is an extremely customized script, you’d have to get someone to code it for you. There is no straight up plugin available like that at the moment.
