Is there a plugin that does this?

  • Essentially I want to use my website as a crm and reporting tool. Currently I’m using a access database to record a clients name and information as per below. But I want to find a way of doing this using my wordpress site.

    What I want to do

    A form that captures the below information

    User search
    Add new client Identifier number

    Weight in
    Weight out

    Test result 1 = <Number>
    Test result 2 = <Number>
    Test result 3 = <Number>

    This needs to be saved and searchable

    I then want to generate a line graph to display the test results in pdf which I can send to the client.

    Does anyone have any ideas how this can be achieved.

    I’m willing to provide more information is necessary.
