Is there a plugin to create nice looking quote blocks?

  • Surely there must be one.

    You know what they look like. Nicely formated
    quotations of some key passage form a post.

    Usually its in a much bigger (often diffent style) font.
    With hanging quotes.
    Seperated from the post body in its own DIV.

    Can anyone suggest a decent plugin for this?

  • Are you talking about pull quotes? This is a CSS thing and not something I’d think you’d find in a plugin.

    Yes, I guess “Pull Quotes” is the correct term.

    Why wouldnt there be a plugin for it?

    Not everyone is a CSS guru after all.
    It seems like a really handy function to have.

    Through the Admin Panel, users could manually enter a
    pull quote and select the font, size, left-right float etc.

    If I had more time i would try to write the plugin myself ??

    TWD I totally agree there should be something like this.
