Is there a plugin to fix an "XML Parsing Error"

    I have a strange error with a custom XML feed spitting out this error:
    XML Parsing Error: no element found
    Location: https://www.mydomain.com/indeed-general-xml-generator/
    Line Number 1, Column 1:

    I’ve read this could be caused by blank lines placed before the opening <?php tags and after the closing ?> tags.

    I’ve also read there are plugins that can fix this but I haven’t found any in the repository.
