Is there a problem right now with the pro plugin?

Hi, I have a paid subscription to your plugin and this plugin started having some issues since earlier today so could you let me know what the problem might be… here is the snapshot of the problem i am having…

i am just running many instance of the shortcode to let you know that most shortcodes are having some issues… shortcode starting with [yelp-widget-pro id seem to be working but the shortcodes starting with [yelp-widget-pro term has stopped working earlier today. It was working fine before but all of a sudden i am now getting a blank building image with review written next to it but no information so please let me know if this is a known problem or if there is something wrong on my end. thanks
