@verysiberian I was referring to Ultimate Member settings, unless there’s a general setting in WP admin to do this?

For Results and Pagination settings, please go to the admin dashboard and click on Ultimate Member > Member Directory > Edit a directory and scroll down to Results and Pagination section.
