Am I looking right at it? I cannot find a search option on this forum. Certainly we are not expected to wade through thousands of entries to find out if our question has already been addressed???

Just above the blue “Download WordPress” button – top right of the page. The search here is not great – in fact, Google often does better. Do the best you can – if you don’t find anything, post your question.

I never knew that search existed @wpyogi, I always had to go to this page https://www.ads-software.com/support/ and use the search on the left side

Also consider searching these forums using google. For instance you can use the site: tag in your search like this:
https://encrypted.google.com/#q=site:www.ads-software.com+blank+admin+page

Then you can search by date, etc.
