Is there a search.php or equivalent anywhere?

I have a function that displays suggested other searches based on the user’s search query and I want to add it to the top of all search results pages.

Now normally this would be a function to just add to the search.php file but it seems customizr doesn’t have one.

Is there an equivalent php file I can edit?
