    Not found is hardly a security issue.

    Please note that this plugins isn’t supported anymore.

    It is an issue because that site doesn’t have this plugin installed, so the hacker was looking for a specific URL to hack, probably to send spam.

    If the plugin is not supported, it should be removed from the repository.

    Not really. Usually supported plugins are only available based on a fee – see CodeCanyon. If you are using free plugins from wordpress, usually they are not supported!!!
    But usually if you pay a qualified programmer, this person might be able to help you further.
