Is there a shipping quote plugin / theme?

Hi,

I have come across quite a few e-commerce plugins and themes, however they all require you to add a product to then calculate shipping.

In this instance, the shipping calculation (ie: this will be for a postal service website) is the product.

I’m looking for a plugin or theme that allows me to administer the shipping prices based on weight and measurements, and on the front-end the user enters details of their package to calculate price (literally a quote) and make a booking.

A perfect example is this: https://www.shippingeasy.com/booking (just without the need to select courier but even if it has that I can adjust).

Is there anything out there as a plugin/module or complete package quoting / delivery service theme?
