    Is there a shortcode to use also ?

    I am using a particular Divi Theme that I purchased and your plugin when activated is displayed on top of the Woocommerce Single Product page and NOT showing where it should be in the gallery section on left side of Single Product page.

    The Divi Theme people have suggested I ask about a shortcode that I can use somehow ?

    At the moment we don’t have any shortcode in the plugin, but maybe we can find a different solution to the issue.

    That would be great. The website is NOT yet live. It is in maintenance mode.
    Where can I send confidential information to please ?

    I am using Divi Child Theme which is a paid plugin.

    The issue with this Divi Child theme (everything else if working perfectly) except for the Single Product Page when your plugin is activated, it creates the Gallery ON TOP of the Single Product page and then the standard image on the left side & Short Description & BUY NOW button on right side.

    It doesn’t actually REPLACE the image on left to Gallery like it should.

    The Divi Child Theme Paid Plugin people for this template have said that the ONLY workaround would be using a shortcode that could be added to the relevant template to view how I would like.

    Very frustrating as I would really like to use your plugin features for the Single Product Page in Woocomnmerce.

    We would have to see your single product page in order to check if we can fix it with custom CSS code.

    Can you let us see one single product page?

    If there is a Pro version, I can buy that, and then we can go from there. Then you would have full access to see what is going on then I think

    Can the thumbnails be added in different positions also ?

    Unfortunately, you cannot attach a screenshot, but you can upload it to a server and send us the link.

    Yes, you can do it by checking the “Autoplay slider” option located in the “Product Gallery Options” tab.

    Can the thumbnails be added in different positions also ?

    We can achieve it with some custom CSS, but we need to access your product through a link. Therefore, if possible, could you send us the link to a product? It doesn’t matter if it’s a test site.
