Is there a simple 1 page classified plugin?

I am pretty sure I saw a plugin that would work but apparently did not bookmark it and cannot seem to find it now. I would like to offer ads (or “listings”) on a directory page on my site. I’d like to have people sign up with a paypal subscription, say $5 per month to list their website and contact info, maybe upload a logo/picture. I do not need categories, individual pages for each ad, or want people to login to respond to ads.
