is there a subscription/restriction plugin that meets all these requirements?

Hi

Is there a free subscription and restriction plugin out there which does all of these things?

1. Has a Sign up and login pop up screen
2. And, the popup screen does not close unless the user signs up or logs in? I only want registered users to read my posts.
3. New posts are automatically emailed to subscribed users.

I hope someone can help, I cannot seem to find one that does all three and I cannot find the right combination if I need to use more than one…
