    Hello, I am looking for a theme that looks like this (Layout)

    I would like to be able to assign posts into column a or b not just have them randomly appear in either one.

  • Not that i know of, though in theory you could easily create such a layout with any given theme…

    Custom fields spring to mind as the easiest approach..

    Once you have something you like up and running feel free to post back and i can give some example code…

    OK, Thanks, I may have to go to Joomla to do this?

    I don’t see how Joomla is related (unrelated to WordPress – Joomla is a CMS)….

    You’d be in the same situation.. you’d need a theme that suits the task and perhaps some additional code.

    Depending upon the order of the posts in the 2 columns, something as simply as left-floated blocks should do it.
