Is there a TRUE automatic redirection plugin?

I am wondering if you know of any automatic redirect plugin for WordPress?
Not manual, automatically creating slug redirect when it is changed.
The only one which I have found that does this is YOAST SEO PLUGIN w/ PREMIUM PAID, but I just have some simple sites, and I don’t want to pay yoast every site.
