Is there a way for the person filling out the form to select where it goes?

Is there a way to set up a form so that the person filling out the form can select a particular preset topic/subject (ie: Product question, Course question, Website Question, etc), then have the form go to whomever responsible for that topic? I’d like to be able to use one form for all of our departments.
