Is there a way to add automatic sub title to the page template?

Hi all,
Hope you are doing well.
I’m using twenty twenty three theme and I have a question regarding setting up page template.

When I create a page template I can set the title of the page to be displayed as part of the header.

As you can see here the title is part of the page templets:

So when I create a new page the title I’m adding to the page will be displayed as part of the page header.

So if I add this title to my page:

it will be automatically added to the header:

This is specific title per page.

My question is – how can I add a subtitle also?
Something that I will add to the page template header – and will get the data from each page I publish?

If there is such a subtitle to add it and if not not to show it.
I want is to be part of the header (automatically) and not below it.
