Is there a way to allow users to mark they have read and understood the download

@luke369 – could you please give a few more details about the use case here?

I have been asked to create a download page where employees can download a document/policy so they can view it. The employee will then need to tick on a box stating that they have read and understood the document

This will need to be monitorable as well so we can see what employees have read that specific document

If you have any more questions/need more info let me know

So the tick box would be similar to a terms and conditions agreement box however, I would need this to be trackable on the report and maybe disappear after they have agreed to it.

Maybe replacing it with text saying ‘read’

@luke369 – yeah, that’s exactly what we were looking into. It looks like currently we don’t track people who’ve ticked the T&C box in our reports.

I’ve opened up a ticket w/ our dev team to implement this down the road.

Bottom line: currently, there’s no solution for your use-case, but in a future update, we’ll make sure to add something like this as I can see the benefits.
