Is there a way to copy meta from a SEO plugin ?

  • Hello, I have been using WP FULL SEO since last 3 years without any issues.
    But since 4.9.x update the plugin has actually gave up and the developer of the plugin has vanished completely.

    Now, I have installed Yoast SEO plugin and I want to move all the metas of the posts and pages, which I had placed in WP FULL SEO panel in edit page to the YOAST SEO panel in edit page.

    Is there a way to do it directly in the database in phpmyadmin ?
