Is there a way to customize the email sent

    In version 2.1 I added some hooks that can be used to customize email. Have a look at accompanying post that has example.

    Is there any chance to get a little more directions on this? I read the post but not sure exactly how to approach this.

    Well, I think that there is a good amount of information unless if you aren’t into development, in which case you should either learn how to create your custom plugin or hire someone to do that for you.
