Is there a way to export slides

    Hmm.. not really sorry. All the slides are stored as standard WordPress attachments/media files (and slideshows are stored as a custom post type). You could use the WordPress importer/exporter to export all Media Files from one site, then import them on another, but you’d end up importing all Media Files from one site to another – not just the slides.

    Hi there,

    just a follow up to this issue; i used the WP export/import feature to successfully import my slides into another site, but it didn’t actually bring in the slides (or media) associated with them.

    I did check the “Download and import file attachments” box when importing, but still no media.

    Any idea why this is? Is it because the Import/Export tool is not fully functional with the most current version of WP (3.9.1) or is there something I’m missing?
