Is there a way to get blogroll links as it's possible for posts

I’d like to create a selector to choose a link within the blogroll as we can already do it for the posts.
Should I create an extension ? Or is there a simple way to achieve this ? As I’m not a developer, you can guess that a simple solution will enjoy my day ??
