Is there a way to have private folders created on a different action?

I want to know if it is possible to create private folders for users upon them submitting a form. instead of at user registration? is there a way I can override the command with code or something?

If not then this plug in won’t serve its purpose. As what I need it to do is to create folders for a user once they have submitted a form on the website.
